I've visited your website, how do I delete it from my search history?

Internet Explorer

1.Open your Internet Explorer browser window. View your history by clicking on the "History" icon and viewing the information on the tab that appears at the left of your screen.

2.Delete individual history items by highlighting the item. Hover your mouse pointer over the highlighted item and right-click on it. Choose "Delete" from the drop-down menu, and select "Yes" when the window pops up asking if you are sure.

3.Navigate to the "Tools" menu on the top of your browser window if you want to delete your entire history. Select "Internet Options." Under the general tab, find the section labelled "History" and click on "Clear History." Select "Yes" when the window appears asking if you are sure.

4.Check your history section to see the changes you've made. You will be able to pull up your history and see no records of any of your past internet activity.

 

Firefox

1.Click "Start," "All Programs," "Mozilla Firefox" and "Mozilla Firefox" again to open the Web browser.

2.Click the "Tools" menu at the top of the Mozilla Firefox window and click "Clear Recent History."

3.Click the "Time Range to Clear" box and select "Everything."

4.Click the arrow button to the left of "Details" to open a drop-down menu.

5.Verify the "Browsing & Download History" check box is checked; click to check the box if it isn't.

6.Click to check boxes to the left of any other file types you want to delete.

7.Click "Clear Now." The browsing history will be cleared.

 

On a Mac

Safari

1.Click the "Safari" icon on your screen's dock. Click "Safari" in the program menu, then "Reset Safari."

2.Check the box next to "Clear history, and uncheck the boxes next to all other menu items in the window.

3.Click the "Reset" button. Alternatively, Click "History" at the top of the screen in the Safari window, and select "Clear History" from the drop-down menu. Click the "Clear" button to erase the history.

 

Firefox

1.Open the Applications folder in Finder and double-click the "Firefox" icon. 

2.Click the "Tools" button at the top of the menu, and click "Clear Recent History."

3.Check the boxes next to "Browsing & Download History," "Cookies" and "Cache." Click the "Clear Now" button.
