Aims
The EPA service will:
- Be the initial point of contact for referees.
- Advice , guidance and support for individuals to re enter into the labour market.
- Develop, review and evaluate trainee action plans.
- Refer to other agencies or to other training providers or Pentreath projects according to the individual
   needs of the trainee.
- Locate employers that match trainees’ ambitions and skills, and liaise with them to arrange work placements.
- Provide host employers with information, support on mental health issues and practical assistance with
   any problems identified either by them or the trainee.
- Provide ongoing support to trainees during work or training placements.
