Aims
Fit for Life provides support to individuals to access recreational leisure activities. The aim is to introduce and support trainees to use facilities in their local communities, this strengthens social networks.
All individuals will have a delegated RPA Adviser who will assess the needs of that individual and identify potential activities. Individuals will receive a tailored support package relevant to their needs.
