Pentreath - Working Your Way
Primary Care Vocational Workers Project

Are you unemployed, currently in work but lacking motivation or in danger of losing your job?
Want to see an advisor at your GP or Counsellors surgery?

Could you benefit from specialist one-to-one information, advice and guidance?
Are you looking for direction but unsure where to go?

Here at Pentreath, our Primary Care Vocational Workers will work with you to help you identify your goals and aspirations whilst being able to sign post you to a relevant organisation or service.

You will receive one-to-one information, advice and guidance which will be tailored to your needs. Your advisor will work with you to create an action plan which can provide structure to your day and open up a variety of opportunities. You will be encouraged to develop your work related skills such as CV writing and interview techniques; the opportunity to undertake work placements and volunteering will also be available.

The purpose of these sessions is to assist you in identifying your goals in order for us to signpost you to the relevant organisation or service.

If you’re registered with Outlook South West or seeing a Primary Care professional such as a GP then this project could be for you. This project accepts people over the age of 18 and works in partnership with the Primary Care Trust and Outlook South West.
