Overview:
The WorkWell project is an exciting opportunity to shape, test, and influence a new early intervention assessment and support service, providing a holistic approach and support to overcome health related barriers to securing or staying in employment. It is a national programme that is a response to the increasing number of people out of work due to ill health.
Work and Health Coaches provide support to people on their employment journey, working with a holistic approach to help people identify and overcome work and health barriers, empowering the individual in setting realistic goals.
Work and Health Coaches draw heavily on existing local expertise of the Devon area, connecting individuals with a wide range of relevant support, including employment support and support for mental and physical health and well-being and social needs wellbeing support and signposting in the interim.

Contract delivery is Devon. Predominantly working from home providing telephone support. Occasional face to face delivery in the community in Devon, depending on client need. | 37 |
Would reduce to 30 hours. Must include a Thursday for business need. |
Salary: £26,610.32 – £28,288.02 per annum (pro rata part time)
Fixed term contract to: 31st March 2027
