About Us
Role: Employment Specialist x 2
Project: Connect to Work
Overview:
Connect to Work will primarily help disabled people, people with health conditions, and those with more complex barriers, who wish to be in employment, to find a suitable job and sustain work.
Connect to Work will also help those in work but at risk of falling out of the labour market (and who will struggle to get back into work if they lose their job) to retain their employment. The project will connect local work, health, and skills support.
This is a Department of Work and Pensions funded project based on the principles of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model and is underpinned by a Fidelity Assessment system to ensure the development and consistent delivery of high-quality services. Training to deliver the IPS approach is provided, along with quality in house training.
