Projects
WorkWell is a free early-intervention service for people whose health is making work difficult. A friendly, experienced WorkWell coach can offer tailored advice and support to help you manage your condition, boost your confidence, and stay in or get back to work.
WorkWell is for you if:
You’re over 16 years old and have the right to work in the UK
You have a Cornwall or Isles of Scilly address for either your home, GP, or your local jobcentre
You’re in work but struggling due to a health issue or disability
You’ve recently been on sick leave or out of work due to your health
You want help figuring out your next step.
A WorkWell coach can help with:
Advice on talking to your employer about reasonable adjustments
Boosting confidence and resilience at work
Support with understanding and managing your health condition
Signposting to other community support services based on your needs
Help with CV writing, job searching and preparing for interviews.
