Why Cornwall Needs Us More Than Ever

Cornwall continues to face serious mental-health pressures. Each year, thousands of individuals seek support for emotional distress, isolation, or crisis. At Pentreath, we know that timely, non-judgemental support can make all the difference. Our team, many of whom draw on their own lived experience of recovery, offer one-to-one coaching, wellbeing programmes, social prescribing, and vocational support to help people rebuild confidence and regain stability.

The Evening for Change aims to bring the community together: not only to raise vital funds but also to shine a spotlight on mental health in business and employment, and remind us all that no one should face their challenges alone.

Why Businesses Should Consider Attending

For local organisations, this isn’t just an event.  It’s an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, compassion and community commitment. By participating, businesses:

  • Show strong support for staff and community wellbeing
  • Align with a respected, award-winning charity that’s been supporting Cornwall since 1991
  • Network with other leaders, partners and changemakers across sectors
  • Strengthen their reputation for social responsibility and community engagement

In a region where mental-health pressures intersect with rural isolation, economic uncertainty, and limited public-service capacity, the solidarity and support of business and community groups make a real difference.

How You Can Join Us

Tickets and tables are now available. Whether your organisation wants to attend as guests or explore optional support – the choice is yours. Community Partnership opportunities are also available, while remaining optional, they are structured to offer value and flexibility.
