Cornwall continues to face serious mental-health pressures. Each year, thousands of individuals seek support for emotional distress, isolation, or crisis. At Pentreath, we know that timely, non-judgemental support can make all the difference. Our team, many of whom draw on their own lived experience of recovery, offer one-to-one coaching, wellbeing programmes, social prescribing, and vocational support to help people rebuild confidence and regain stability.
The Evening for Change aims to bring the community together: not only to raise vital funds but also to shine a spotlight on mental health in business and employment, and remind us all that no one should face their challenges alone.
