Mental Health Employment Advisors

Mental Health Employment Advisors – for your journey back to work. This can be activities such as CV building, supported work placements, job searching, help with interviews and in work support.

The Mental Health Employment Advisor Project is our core delivery. Advisers work on a 1:1 outreach basis to support people to move towards vocational goals. (Volunteering, Employment or Training) The project is time limited to around six months and many clients have already made progress through other Pentreath projects before starting with an employment adviser.

All advisers are trained in Understanding Mental Health and Information, Advice and Guidance.  As with all our projects, recovery from mental ill health as well as vocational progression are the key aims.
