Single Point of Access Wellbeing Coaches
We offer a support package for individuals who have been assessed by the SPOA team but do not need clinical support. The team will offer short term wellbeing support as well as signposting to local support groups, activities and offer practical support such as housing advice, debt or to find support with employment to aid recovery and improve emotional wellbeing.
