Projects

Yep !

The Yep! project supports young people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, aged 16-24 who are NEET (not in employment, education, or training) or at risk of becoming NEET.  It will enable them to develop the resilience and skills to make informed choices around access to education, employment and training based on their interests and skills.

The YEP! project is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

CSW Group manage the contract on behalf of Cornwall Council who are the managing authority.  Pentreath are a partner organisation within this project and we deliver the specialist element of mental health and emotional wellbeing to young people aged between 16 – 24.

This is a partnership project which will enable young people to develop their mental health, resilience and skills to enable them to make informed choices around access to education, employment and training based on their interests and skills.

Each young person who joins the project will be assigned a 1 to 1 advisor who will support them from the start until the agreed end point, building and developing a close working relationship.  We use a practical, hands on and nurturing approach to supporting young people and always place them at the centre of the provision.
