I have gained my independence back and am willing to give any course a try. These courses have helped me see ‘myself’ and what I can achieve in life.
Its been a tearful few sessions as it can to a reality that my thoughts were true. Then once I talked about my feelings, I started to be happy knowing these feelings have been lifted off my shoulders.
