I would like to day that the help that I am recieving from Recovery College is vital to me. The group and private sessions that I attend helped me to start going out, meet peope, think that my life can be better.
I always feel safe. I know that my words are taken into consideration and with care. I appreciate the humanity, compassion and understanding that I get. I learnt different techniques that help me in difficult moments.
I know that there is somene who can help me in a moment of crisis. I am very grateful for the highly professional way I have been treated.Without Recovery College I would still be in the dark, cold, scary place where I was till January 2020. Now there are smiles and light. Sometimes.
