I feel this has raised my confidence! It was such a big deal to leave my house. I’ve lost all my friends so it was great to meet people who are in a similar situation. It was comfortable and I feel safe. Such a huge massive deal! It helped me to talk and reframe my thinking and helped me to put some things together. I cant explain how much this has helped me!
